N-Arylation of DABCO with Diaryliodonium Salts: General Synthesis of N-Aryl-DABCO Salts as Precursors for 1,4-Disubstituted Piperazines was written by Bugaenko, Dmitry I.;Yurovskaya, Marina A.;Karchava, Alexander V.. And the article was included in Organic Letters in 2018.Computed Properties of C19H22F3IO3S The following contents are mentioned in the article:
Employing DABCO as a substrate, aryl(mesityl)iodonium triflates are introduced as arylating agents for a tertiary sp3-nitrogen. Mild conditions and exceptional selectivity of the aryl group transfer allow unprecedented N-aryl-DABCO salts to be obtained, bearing substituents of different electronic natures. This metal-free methodol. has no analogy among known transition-metal-based reactions. The utility of isolated N-aryl-DABCO salts is demonstrated for the preparation of flibanserin. This study involved multiple reactions and reactants, such as Bis(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)iodonium triflate (cas: 139139-80-3Computed Properties of C19H22F3IO3S).
Bis(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)iodonium triflate (cas: 139139-80-3) belongs to iodide derivatives. Indole, also called Benzopyrrole, a heterocyclic organic compound occurring in some flower oils, such as jasmine and orange blossom, in coal tar, and in fecal matter. Due to this activity, the indole ring system has become an important component or intermediate in the synthesis of heterocycles.Computed Properties of C19H22F3IO3S
